Responsibilities

The Opportunity
The Integral Procurement Indirect Sr Coordinator – Point of Sale (POS) is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for POS materials and services (displays, racks, and in-store execution elements)



supporting PepsiCo's commercial and merchandising initiatives. This role partners closely with Merchandising, Finance and different teams to drive cost, service, and innovation outcomes, and requires strong influencing skills to align priorities across a matrix organization.

Your Impact

As Global Procurement Indirect Sr Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:
- Category Strategy & Execution: Own the development and execution of the POS sourcing strategy, identifying opportunities to drive cost, service, and innovation improvements across the category.
- Sourcing & Contracting: Lead RFPs, negotiations, and contract implementations with POS suppliers. Ensure contracts are commercially sound, operationally viable, and aligned with business needs.
- Supplier Management & Performance: Own supplier relationships end-to-end. Track performance against KPIs, identify gaps, and lead supplier engagement plans focused on
