We are seeking a Client Success Representative to join our team and ensure exceptional service for our clients who manage general operations. This role is crucial for maintaining strong relationships, providing proactive follow-up, and ensuring the seamless coordination of client needs. The ideal candidate thrives on detail-oriented work and excels at communication and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for inquiries and updates.
- Monitor and manage client orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery through various logistical channels.
- Track and oversee the status.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction, addressing concerns and offering solutions proactively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order statuses, and feedback to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Prepare and share regular status reports with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Academic/Training
- Minimum Academic Training:



Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience
- Analyst level: 1-3 years of experience in client success, account management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Junior level: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in any professional role (related experience is not mandatory).

Skills
- Proficiency in English (advanced level required).
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.

Job Details
- Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, daytime full-time schedules only.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (1 day work from home).
