The Role’s Primary Focus Is To

Lead Asset Management on transactions under administration:

Act as the LGFS Asset Management lead on all transactions where the customer has entered administration, receivership, liquidation or an equivalent insolvency process.
Engage directly with administrators, insolvency practitioners and their advisors to protect LGFS’s position as lessor and owner of the assets.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal and external counsel on security interests, ownership evidence, proofs of debt and claims (e.g. PPSR or equivalent registrations by jurisdiction).
Negotiate outcomes with administrators, including continued use and rental payments, asset buy-outs, novation to a purchaser of the business, or return of equipment.
Manage the physical recovery of assets where required: location, collection, condition reporting, data sanitisation and redeploy
