Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Commercial Excellence Manager AMPA will play a key role in optimizing HMCLAUSE’s sales strategies and business models.



This position will continuously assess and optimize go-to market initiatives to maximize return on investment (ROI) and profitable growth. The Commercial Excellence Manager AMPA will actively work to improve sales methodologies, commercial policies, sales processes and sales campaigns. They will support the Customer Excellence Director, the VP Sales Region and C-level executives in making business recommendations as well as tracking the performance of commercial operations. They will work cross-functionally with commercial leadership, finance, marketing and sales, human resources, supply chain and other functions to deliver regional targets.

Responsabilities

Conduct market research studies to benchmark business trends, sales effectiveness, customer business trends.
Evaluates current go-to-market strategies, business models and suggest new tactics.
