The Finance Lead, CAC and Export Markets is the senior finance business partner for the region, supporting financial planning, performance management, governance and decision-making across multi-country and distributor-led operations. The role provides high-quality financial insight, ensures reliable reporting and controls, and enables disciplined resource allocation to support sustainable business performance.
The position combines strategic finance leadership with strong operational depth, partnering with commercial, supply chain and functional leaders to translate business priorities into robust financial plans, identify risks and opportunities, and drive timely corrective action. The role also leads the regional finance team and promotes simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement across markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead financial planning and performance management

· Lead budgeting, forecasting, Latest Estimate and target-setting cycles for CAC and Export Markets.

· Consolidate country and market financials, analyse performance versus budget, prior year and forecasts, and provide clear recommendations to leadership.

· Monitor sales, profitability, operating expenses, cash flow, personnel costs and other key value drivers, ensuring visibility of risks and opportunities.

· Establish effective performance rhythms and support timely corrective actions when results or leading indicators are off track.
