marketing Coordinator (Shared service)

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator supports in the tactical execution of Field marketing
and digital activities and programs for their assigned geographical area within
Caribbean and Latin America. Assists in effectively communicating those efforts
to stakeholders. Effectively manage multiple projects and coordinate campaigns
via efforts such as offer submissions, creative assets, landing page creation
and email marketing. Ensures that all invoices are processed and tracked in a
timely manner. Relay a consistent marketing message reflective of Marriott
International, Loyalty and Brand strategic direction and guidelines. Develop and
maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach
common goals; listen and respond appropriately to stakeholder concerns.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience:

* High School or GED equivalent degree required.
* Bachelor degree preferred in Communications, marketing, hospitality
management, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in Marketing -Preferred




* Hotel property experience, hotel field marketing experience, or related-
preferred
* Must be fully proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish.
* Excellent communication skills, including writing skills, with great
attention to detail. Impeccable proofreading skills and outstanding grammar
* Self-starter and ability to work independently – a must
* Must be a team player and collaborate well with multiple stakeholders
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently demonstrate a
high level of organizational skills
* Working knowledge of key database systems and Microsoft Office (including
Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
* Ability to handle many diverse projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of photography, production, and print execution
* Detail-oriented, creative, energetic, takes initiative
* Able to effectively work independently or, at times, as part of a team
* Multi-tasks, prio
