We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to architect, build, and lead the development of features for one of our flagship Commercial Real Estate (CRE) products. This product is built on a modern tech stack that includes React with Vite, TanStack Query for data fetching, Python, Django, and the Django REST Framework.
In this role, you will be leading the design and implementation of complex full stack features, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, driving architectural decisions, and establishing technical standards.
You will take ownership of significant product capabilities, address critical technical debt, and ensure code quality through comprehensive automated testing strategies. You will also play a key role in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies, including AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex features across the full stack
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers
- Drive architectural decisions and establish technical standards for both front end and back end systems
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and feasibility
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to strategic planning
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable front end architectures using React, Vite, and TanStack Query
- Architect robust back end APIs and services using Python and Django REST Framewo
