Responsibilities
- Assemble, adjust, and refine mobile-friendly email designs and landing page layouts through Marketo's modular building interface
- Draw on HTML/CSS knowledge to resolve display glitches, adjust text formatting, and guarantee consistent rendering across various email platforms and screen sizes
- Convert Figma mockups into precisely matched, universally compatible email deliverables
- Develop and sustain Marketo-hosted landing pages, forms, and reusable template elements that streamline future project turnaround




- Establish and configure automated workflows and segmented lists within Marketo to power different marketing efforts
- Launch a range of campaign formats, spanning standalone email blasts, layered nurture sequences, and event or webinar announcements
- Oversee campaign components, personalization tokens, dynamic elements, and structural organization according to Marketo standards like consistent naming and folder hierarchies
- Assist with maintaining clean databases, managing contact lists, and coordinating lead qualification and distribution logic alongside the operations team
- Keep watch over email delivery success, formatting accuracy, and tracking functionality, while reviewing regular performance data such as open rates, click activity, unsubscribe counts, and bounce rates
- Carry out thorough testing on every email to confirm proper display, functional hyperlinks, and correctly populated person
