Position Title: General Manager - Marriott International

Location: Mexico (Mexico City / Monterrey / Guadalajara / Cancún & Riviera Maya / Los Cabos)

Reports To: Vice President of Area Operations / Franchise Operations / Ownership Board

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee hotel operations within our Marriott International portfolio across premier urban and resort destinations in Mexico. As the primary brand ambassador, the General Manager will drive guest satisfaction (GSS), associate engagement, operational excellence, and top-tier financial performance while maintaining strict compliance with Marriott//'s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Marriott Brand Leadership: Enforce Marriott brand execution, service culture, and operational compliance. Serve as the primary lead for Marriott Quality Assurance (QA) audits and brand initiative rollouts.

Commercial & Revenue Strategy: Partner directly with Market Sales and Marriott Revenue Management (RM) teams to drive RevPAR Index (RGI), market share,



and premium channel mix across Marriott channels (Marriott.com, Bonvoy app).

Marriott Bonvoy Champion: Drive guest loyalty and engagement through Marriott Bonvoy enrollment, elite recognition, and Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS / Intent to Recommend) scores.

People & Culture: Foster Marriott’s core values (/"Put People First/") through employee engagement initiatives, workforce development, leadership mentoring, and labor optimization via Marriott labor standards.

Financial Performance: Manage P&L;, construct annual operating budgets, oversee capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, and drive GOP margins in coordination with property ownership and corporate leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5+ years of hotel management experience (General Manager or Hotel Manager/Resident Manager level) within the Marriott International ecosystem.
