- Location: Av. Hidalgo #2404, Colonia Obispado (Torre TOP), Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).

NOV is seeking an experienced
LATAM Payroll Manager
to lead the delivery of multi-country payroll operations across Latin America. Reporting directly to the
Director, Integral Payroll
, this role will oversee payroll services for countries including
Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, and Trinidad & Tobago
, with additional countries expected to be added as the regional payroll function continues to grow.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Payroll Administrators while partnering closely with
ADP
, HR, Finance, Payroll Technology, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant,
and timely payroll processing across the region.
This position plays a key role in driving payroll governance, process standardization, data integrity, vendor management, payroll technology initiatives, and continuous improvement within a global shared services environment.
