Job Description
PH Commercial Pricing Policy Lead, Mexico & North LATAM
Drive pricing governance, commercial profitability, and policy compliance across Mexico and North LATAM by transforming complex commercial data into strategic actions that improve revenue, margins, and business performance.
Your role:
Analyze pricing performance, margin trends, customer profitability, and commercial data to identify opportunities that enhance revenue, profitability, and pricing effectiveness across the region.
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and regional stakeholders to provide pricing guidance, support customer negotiations, and ensure alignment with commercial policies. Act as a trusted advisor to regional and local teams, translating pricing strategy into clear actions and supporting stakeholder alignment across Mexico and North LATAM.
Oversee trade spend, rebate governance, and pricing controls, ensuring transparency, compliance, and accurate reporting across customer, country, and regional levels.



Track and reconcile trade spend balances, accruals, commitments, and spend, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting compliance with internal control standards. Support the closure of rebate agreements, maintain visibility of balances at customer, zone, and regional levels, and contribute to robust governance processes.
Lead pricing and margin improvement initiatives, implement pricing tools, track key performance indicators, and develop insights through dashboards and data analysis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support the adoption of pricing tools and reporting enhancements, and link pricing actions to broader business KPIs such as profitability, market share, and customer value.
