Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in typical office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. This role is located onsite at 1657B Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37217.
What You’ll Do
Manages the opening and sorting of all claims and correspondence. Manages the day-to-day functions of the document control area. Monitors organization of area and ensures that all work is being properly identified and controlled. Provides technical assistance to associates in document control for solving problems and performing research. Identifies and recommends solutions to system and procedural problems, batch control, and activation.
Selects, trains/develops and guides staff, and ensures excellent customer service is given to employees, customers, management, etc. Monitors department perf
