Objective of the Role

The Product Manager IC5, Merchant Experience Platform is a senior individual contributor accountable for the vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes of NetPay Manager and the broader digital merchant experience. The role will evolve Manager into the primary platform through which merchants understand and manage their relationship with NetPay across payments, deposits, reconciliation, disputes, account administration, self-service, and access to additional products and services.



This PM defines the long-term direction and 6-12 month strategy for the area, shapes priorities across teams, identifies platform capabilities that unlock broader company goals, and leads complex cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct authority. The role has no direct people-management responsibility, but is expected to be a trusted product leader for senior stakeholders and a mentor and reference for other Product Managers.

Main Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy: Own and communicate the long-term vision and 6-12 month strategy for the Merchant Experience Platform. Define the north-star outcome, OKRs, roadmap, sequencing, and tradeoffs, and use the product area to shape broader business and product priorities.
