This role

PayJoy is seeking a motivated Capital Markets Sr Manager to join our Capital Markets team. The Capital Markets Sr Manager will assist with equity and debt raises, develop and manage banking and debt investor relationships, perform transaction and capital structure analysis, prepare marketing materials, manage rating agency and investor due diligence,



negotiate financing transactions, and contribute to high-impact strategic projects.
The adecuado candidate must have strong financial analysis and debt structuring experience, be highly motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, capable of taking initiative, and drive results while effectively partnering with various stakeholders across the organization. Experience with consumer finance, structured, and capital markets is strongly preferred.
This role will be based in Mexico City, and is expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
