You're a creative storyteller who knows how to transform simple talking-head videos into scroll-stopping content — fast. You thrive in the world of Reels, Shorts, and TikToks, and you know how to make content pop with captions, b-roll, animations, and creative effects. You're plugged into social media trends, love experimenting with new AI tools, and bring both creative instincts and the ability to take direction.

A Day in the Life
Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn clips) using AI-powered tools such as Descript, Opus Clip, Runway, Pika, CapCut, and Submagic
Add auto-captions, subtitles,



and dynamic text overlays for accessibility and engagement
Apply color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency across all content
Clean up and polish audio — noise reduction, level balancing, and syncing
Use transitions purposefully to maintain pacing and viewer engagement
Insert AI-generated or stock b-roll to enhance storytelling
Repurpose long-form content (webinars, interviews) into multiple short-form clips optimized per platform
Design supplementary graphics and visual assets using Canva (Photoshop a plus)
Follow brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables
Stay current on trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to align edits with campaign goals
Test and adopt new AI tools to continuously improve speed and output

You Must Have
1–3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or social media production (agency or fast-paced environment preferred)
