About The Role

Blacksmith Agency builds and maintains websites for clients across the US. As Web Project Manager at Blacksmith, you support the planning and execution of web maintenance projects. You coordinate across departments and outside resources so projects finish on time, on budget, and to every stakeholder's satisfaction.

This is a coordination-first seat for someone who keeps many plates spinning, communicates constantly, and never lets a task drop.

What You Will Own

Own project plans and schedules, track progress, and report results.
Coordinate designers, developers and clients, run meetings, and document minutes.
Follow up on action items and drive tasks to completion.




Uphold the process around scheduling, task management and documentation.

What You Bring

2+ years of project management experience.
At least 1 year working in a digital agency.
Strong organization, multitasking, and written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology.
Calm under tight deadlines.
