Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment process for PepsiCo professional positions aligned with the local requirements in order to fulfill the business talent needs.

Your Impact

As a Integral TA Analyst your functions would consist of:




- Constant communication with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders.
- Deliver correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement
- Candidate sourcing and prescreening for open positions
- Identify qualified candidate slate and make recommendations to TA Local
- Develop and negotiate the offer terms (e.g. comp. sign on bonus, vacation time, benefits, etc.)
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement
- Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities
- Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issues resolution
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferrably globally
- Advanced English
- Prior experience in working with ICIMS or another Candidate Management System/Applicant Tracking Sys
