nuDesk is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join the team of one of our strategic partners, a leading U.S.-based lender.

This is a high-energy outbound sales position for someone who feels confident making calls, starting conversations, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities. You will connect with prospective clients and business partners in the United States, introduce relevant financial solutions, identify potential needs, and help move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.

This role offers a competitive base salary, highly attractive commissions, and additional performance-based bonuses.

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and business partners in the United States.
- Proactively generate and develop new business opportunities.
- Introduce the company’s financial services and clearly communicate its value proposition.
- Ask effective discovery questions to understand each prospect’s needs and potential fit.




- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or next-step conversations for the sales team.
- Consistently follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and activities in the CRM.
- Manage objections professionally and confidently.
- Meet or exceed individual activity, appointment, and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support pipeline growth.
- Stay informed about the company’s financial solutions, target market, and sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development.
- Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
