About the Role
Role Purpose
As a Change Manager, you will lead and deliver organizational change management activities that enable the successful adoption of strategic business,



process, technology, and transformation initiatives across the organization. Leveraging the ACMP Standard for Change Management and industry best practices, you will assess change impacts, facilitate stakeholder engagement, manage resistance, and drive employee readiness and adoption.

Working within complex, matrixed environments, you will partner with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure people, processes, and systems are effectively aligned to achieve desired business outcomes. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on delivering measurable change results while building organizational change capability.
