About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team in Guadalajara. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through thorough manual testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). You will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to identify issues early, validate fixes, and contribute to delivering high-quality releases across multiple platforms and hardware configurations.

This position is fully on-site in Guadalajara and requires working in the office full-time.





Responsibilities

Execute manual testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple products and platforms.
Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and testing matrices to ensure thorough coverage.
Identify, document, and track bugs using standard QA workflows and tools.
Perform testing across multiple platforms, including Windows, Mac, and Mobile environments.
Test products across different hardware and software configurations to ensure compatibility and performance.
Participate in hardware testing, including devices such as VR systems, when applicable.
Collaborate with development and product teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and improve product quality.
Produce clear and structured test reports to communicate testing results and quality status.
Support release cycles by ensuring testing coverage and validating builds prior to deployment.
