The Market Intelligence & Partnerships Director – LatAm is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making and managing the company's strategic partnership in Mexico. This role reports to the VP of LatAm, working in close coordination with the LatAm Directors team (Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, POPs).
What You'll Do:
Continuously monitor and analyze market data and competitive intelligence across the company’s markets in Latin America to identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Lead and manage the strategic relationship with our local partner in Mexico, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving long-term value creation for the business.




Co-build business-centric dashboards with deep managerial insights into key levels of the business.
Provide insights and recommendations on all parts of the business as needed.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in leadership and analytical roles within the iGaming industry ideally.
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment that requires balancing many tasks simultaneously; able to keep tasks organized and prioritize accordingly.
