Job Requirements

Education

University student pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field.

Knowledge

Basic knowledge of tax matters, including Income Tax and Value Added Tax (VAT).
Basic accounting knowledge.

Experience

No previous work experience required.

Required Language

Spanish.

Travel Availability

No travel required.

Job Description

Prepare documentation and compliance reports related to the DIOT (Statement of Operations with Third Parties).
Review and clarify discrepancies related to payments and collections with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams.
Provide support with document uploads to U4.
Review invoices through the Basware system.
Follow up on cancelled invoices from vendors.
Prepare and analyze electronic invoice reports.
