Your Role

As a Backend Java Developer at PALO IT, you'll lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems for innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software,



contribute to technical decisions, and mentor other developers.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and seamless integration with frontend systems.
Build and optimize microservices architectures, applying design patterns, clean architecture, and software engineering best practices.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, clean code principles, and adherence to development best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering continuous learning,
