Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and performance management
Lead budgeting, forecasting, Latest Estimate and target-setting cycles for CAC and Export Markets.
Consolidate country and market financials, analyse performance versus budget, prior year and forecasts, and provide clear recommendations to leadership.
Monitor sales, profitability, operating expenses, cash flow, personnel costs and other key value drivers, ensuring visibility of risks and opportunities.
Establish effective performance rhythms and support timely corrective actions when results or leading indicators are off track.
Provide strategic finance business partnering
Act as a trusted finance partner to regional, country, commercial, supply chain and functional leaders.




Provide robust financial evaluation for business cases, pricing decisions, tenders, launches, portfolio choices, investments and distributor opportunities.
Challenge assumptions constructively, clarify financial trade-offs and support decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term value creation.
Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
Ensure financial reporting, governance and control
Ensure timely, accurate and consistent monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in line with Sandoz requirements and local regulations.
Maintain strong data quality and financial discipline across systems, reporting tools and market submissions.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, compliance standards and documentation expectations across the region.
