Your Role
As a SAP Test Manager, you will lead and govern the end-to-end testing lifecycle for complex SAP transformation programs, ensuring high-quality, business-ready solutions are delivered to clients. Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, you will define testing strategies, drive testing governance, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in SAP testing methodologies across large-scale implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
Responsibilities & Scope





Lead and govern the end-to-end testing lifecycle across all project phases, from planning through execution and closure.
Define and drive the overall test strategy, governance framework, quality standards, and testing approach for SAP programs.
Develop and manage test plans, testing schedules, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.
Coordinate testing activities across client stakeholders, business users, functional teams, and technical workstreams.
Oversee test execution, defect management, risk assessment, issue resolution, and test reporting.
Ensure testing milestones, quality objectives, and project delivery timelines are achieved.
Monitor testing progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation actions.
Lead defect triage, prioritization, escalation management, and resolution tracking.
Provide regular status updates, quality metrics, and executive-level reporting to project and client leadership.
