Job Purpose:
The Drug Screening Specialist oversees each step in the Occupational Health environment to ensure operations are processed effectively. Support clients by answering queries, assisting applicants with registration, monitoring and intervening as needed in the occupational health workflow to ensure test results are reported in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Confirm and expire drug tests based on vendor confirmation
Check status on occupational health services completed 48-72 hours prior
Adhere to and assist in creating and maintaining client specifics
Contact vendors for additional information on testing requests
Work with applicants in remote locations to find collection sites in their area, manually registering them for testing when necessary
