We are looking for a highly professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The idóneo candidate has excellent English communication skills, a clear and professional accent, and previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients.

Position Details
Position: Customer Service Representative

Work Setup: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Rate: $5–$8 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:
C1 English proficiency or higher
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong, clear, and professional English communication
Clear and easy-to-understand English accent
Previous U.S.-based work experience is REQUIRED
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional, confident, and friendly phone manner
Able to communicate effectively with U.S. customers and clients
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work environment




Able to work the full Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The following experience is a strong plus.
Medical Virtual Assistant (Medical VA) experience
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) industry experience
Experience working with healthcare providers, patients, families, or insurance companies
Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare or medical practices
Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA, scheduling, referrals, or insurance verification
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
Provide accurate and professional information to customers
Resolve customer concerns and issues efficiently
Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards
Document customer interactions and update records accurately
Coordinate with internal teams when issues requ
