Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end acoustic, vibro-acoustic, and aero-acoustic simulation efforts (FEA/BEM/SEA, hybrid methods) across multiple concurrent programs.
Define and own simulation strategy, model fidelity trade-offs, and correlation activities to drive model maturity.
Build, validate,



and continuously refine complex full-system or subsystem-level acoustic models.
Develop and deploy simulation models to support muffler design.
Drive correlation between simulation and physical test data, diagnosing discrepancies and improving model accuracy at a methodological level
Partner with structural, systems, and design engineering lead to embed acoustic considerations into early-stage design.
Lead root-cause investigations for complex or field-reported acoustic issues, coordinating across simulation and test teams.
Perform advanced trade-off and optimization studies (topology, materials, damping/absorption treatments, structural modifications).
Own and evolve simulation best practices, templates, automation scripts, and internal tools
Present findings, risk assessments, and recommendations directly to Model-Based Engineering team leaders and project teams.
