New company opening operations in Tijuana for Night Vision Systems. Looking for an experienced hands on, multi task ,firm leader person for Production Manager growing into a plant manager in the future. This person mainly will be in charge of initial transfers of products and processes also involved from the beginning with the start up of the project in Mexico, Tijuana location. Responsible of: Manufacturing, operations,planning,supply chain, and management to delivery of products to costumers.
Experiência y requisitos
English Spanish advance communications Professional Degree 10 + years experience in production or plant manager activities preferably aerospace. Ability to coach and lead lean activities. Coach teams, Team player.
