Responsibilities:

· Support in the design, implementation and monitoring of the compliance processes to keep up with DVA’s growth, with a particular view towards addressing local concerns in LATAM and Spain, aligned to the requirements of the businesses, globally.

· Actively support the Global Head of Compliance & Governance, DVA Group implement DVA’s Global Compliance Management Program and drive a compliance culture in the LATAM region.

· Actively support and guide the Agro, Plastic and Health & Nutrition business colleagues in LATAM region on Compliance & Governance related matters and processes, including but not limited to, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Conflict of interest, Data Privacy, Third Party Due Diligence, delegation of authorities, etc. including advice on the interpretation of legal provisions and DVA Directives.

· Actively support in the Drafting of Integral DVA Directives & Processes in line with legislative changes and compliance risks and translating them into digital processes.

· Actively conduct and monitor Compliance Trainings, Compliance Communication and Change Management through creative means.

· Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Global Head of Compliance & Governance.

Your Profile:





· Academic degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Audit or related discipline

· Previous experience in supporting or working on a Compliance Program in a Compliance Team

· Advanced working experience in MNCs with strong business acumen in the Chemical or Life Science Industry for 6 to 8 years

· Fluent language proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written). Portuguese shall be an added advantage.

· Profound inter-cultural and communication skills with the ability to guide business on Compliance matters across functions

· Good Project Management skills, agile, innovative & digital savvy, solution oriented, passionately driving organisational change and being a proactive collaborator
