What you'll be doing:
Conduct Quality Inspections : Perform routine inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Document Findings : Record and report inspection results, identifying any deviations from quality standards.
Assist in Quality Audits : Support internal and external quality audits by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors.
Implement Quality Procedures : Help in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain Records : Keep detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.
Continuous Improvement : Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Education :



High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance or related field is a plus.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
Analytical Skills : Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player : Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with quality inspection tools and software.
Knowledge of Standards : Understanding of industry quality standards and regulations.

Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this role is from $XX to $YY, plus an annual target bonus of ZZ% of base salary
