Back End Support (Django & .Net)

Must Have.

- 5+ years of experience in application support, maintenance, or production support environments.
- Experience with Python using Django.
- Experience with C#/.NET applications and services.
- Knowledge of incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- Experience implementing minor application enhancements and changes based on business requirements.
- Ability to monitor and maintain application stability, performance, and availability.

Nice to Have.

- Basic experience with ColdFusion, particularly for back-end services.

Responsibilities.

- Manage the ongoing maintenance and support of business-critical IT applications.




- Implement minor application changes and enhancements based on customer needs and business requirements.
- Ensure application stability, availability, and optimal performance.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities for improvements and optimizations.
- Meet and maintain established KPIs related to system availability, incident resolution, and change implementation.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to implement fixes, improvements, and performance optimizations.
