Job Purpose Borg Warner Power Drive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new talent for the organization, filling vacancies promptly and efficiently according to the required profile. Key Responsibilities Ensure all positions have a job description. Requisitions management. Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, both unionized and administrative staff. Coordinate the entire R&S; process. Support the onboarding process. Follow-up interviews for new hires. Maintain and strengthen external links with recruitment and selection committees, universities, schools,



government institutions, etc. to share strategies and continuously improve. Educational/Experience Qualifications Schooling: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Phycologist or similar.
