In this role, your mission is to drive business success by delivering operational HR excellence and employee support for the Desoutter, Industrial Assembly& Machine Vision Solutions Customer Centers in Mexico, ensuring compliance, people development, talent management and an outstanding employee experience, while supporting transformational leadership initiativies (e.g. leading & thriving in change, psychological safety) in the Industrial Technique Business Area in Mexico. Together with your HR colleagues, you will generate synergies and drive impactful people initiatives across the ITBA organizations in Mexico. Hire to retire operations for two two dinamic organizations within ITBA Mexico Recruitment & talent acquisition Attracting, developing, and retaining key talent Diverse, future-oriented talent pipeline (especially fieldsales & fieldservice) Trainee program management & university collaboration Onboarding & HR documentation Learning & training coordination Employee relations Alignment of bestpractices with other HRBPs Your profile Stakeholder Management Organizational Development Change Management Cross-functional Collaboration Problem Solving & Decision Making HRIS / HR Systems People Analytics & Reporting (e.g. Power BI) AI-enabled Productivity Tools Audit & Compliance Reporting Your experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree and/or professional HR certifications are considered an advantage.



5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations across the employee lifecycle. HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical service, or engineering environment. Experience in a matrix organization. Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our offices in Tlalnepantla de Baz and Puebla. You are expected to travel frequently between both office locations, andalso nationally for importantemployee lifecycle related events.
