Category (For Job Seekers) Quality Location 244901 - EXP 2449 Reynosa Assets - Reynosa, 88736 MX (Primary) Job Description Quality Engineer monitor and audit the quality of all manufactured goods in a variety of process steps. They work to not only finding defects, but also to find the cause of the defect and develop a solution. The quality engineer monitors, tests and inspects products to make sure they meet specified standards. They are responsible of the continuous improvement of the materials, mechanical and electrical systems. Tasks 1. Lead interdepartmental teams in order to focus them on quality continuous improvement, providing them with concrete solutions. 2. Investigate and document the findings in the production lines. 3. Establish quality criteria for the finished product inspection, subassemblies, rework, processes and documents. 4. Monitor and validate the processes of new products. 5. Document and follow up to material issues with internal or internal suppliers. 6. Participate in the solution of preventive and corrective actions of products and processes. 7. Support and Assist on the findings related to the quality auditor's surveillance audits.. 8. Support the quality system. 9. Follow up and provide permanent solutions to the corrective actions from customer complaints (DOA) 10. Coordinate the purge process of the different materials with supplier's problems. 11. Keep Control Plans up to date 12. Participate on PFMEA up dates frequently. Experience 5+ Years of experience in Quality / LSS / QMS (Standards certification is a plus)
Electrical/Electronic/IT Engineering degree (Master is a plus) Experience on interpretation of schematics, mechanical or optical outlines. Experience on ISO/TS/IATF 16949 standards. Experience on IPC standards. Focused and good at building up customer presentations. Product Engineers addresses and drives product knowledge for analysis and understanding of the electrical, mechanical, optical or environmental design of the product and its interaction with the expected product performance. He is responsible of providing technical guidance of the preparation of BOM and problem resolution of the product critical and non-critical characteristics. Experience 5+ Years of experience in electrical /electronic failure analysis (RF is a plus) Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree (Master is a plus) Experience on interpretation of schematics, mechanical or optical outlines. Focused and good at building up customer presentations. Tasks 1. Review of the product engineering designs and provide technical assistance when required. 2. Monitor the quality reliability processes of the product. 3. Participate in the solution of preventive and corrective actions of products and processes. 4. Support the quality system. 5. Follow up and provide permanent solutions to the corrective actions from customer complaints (DOA) 6. Participate on PFMEA up dates frequently 7. Participate on DFMEA workshops 8.
