Provide support to the Project Management area in planning and tracking projects related to machinery installation and civil works, ensuring compliance with schedules, timelines and deliverables.
- Support in the creation and monitoring of schedules and assurance of deadlines
- Support in the management of multidisciplinary teams
- Support in CPI control
- Support in supplier and documentation follow-up for HSE
- Invoice monitoring
- Documentation review
- Support in construction supervision
- Support in monitoring the progress of each project
- Support in preparing progress reports, meeting minutes and presentations
- Support in the control of deviation plans, change management Student as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or bussiness administration focus on Project Managment.
