- Ensure compliance with customer and organization requirements by following work instructions and technical standards.
- Support and ensure use of calibrated test devices and test devices
- Ensure the execution/implementation of the action plans related to KPIs as well as improvements in the department
Qualifications
- 'Education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation, Production, Quality or related areas.
- '5+ year of experience in the industrial/Automotive sector.
- Experience with regard to customer expectations in process and product monitoring
- Knowledge of the different types of product defects, secure classification of the product condition with visual inspection
- Knowledge of process and product evaluation methods and root cause identification in case problems
- Handling of non conformance material and segregation steps to avoid scapes
- Knowledge of ERP System (SAP, Oracle, etc)
- Knowledge of ISO9001
- Knowledge of core tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA,CP,APQP, PPAP)
- Knowledge of Internal/Lead Auditor
- Knowledge of ISO19011 for Auditig
- Knowledge on measurement instrument such as: Caliper, micrometers, π tape, etc
