We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to support and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) within a global logistics environment. This role ensures the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of WMS applications, particularly Blue Yonder/JDA solutions, while collaborating with general IT and business teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for WMS applications, primarily Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher
- Manage and coordinate WMS infrastructure components (Oracle DB, Citrix, network, hardware)
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through ticketing systems
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, logistics teams, and external vendors
- Support implementation and optimization of warehouse systems
- Act as a technical consultant for WMS-related processes and solutions
- Ensure system performance, stability,



and high-quality operations
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Education and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Hands-on experience with WMS configuration and infrastructure support
- Knowledge of MOCA, DDA, and JDA Integrator
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with ticketing/support systems

Minimal Work Experience:

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher
- Proven experience in the following areas:
- WMS infrastructure support
- WMS configuration
- MOCA / DDA development
- JDA Integrator

- Experience working with SQL and Oracle databases
