Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plan Controller with 5+ years of experience and advanced English skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and controlling the costs associated with the company's manufacturing and operational processes. This role requires a thorough understanding of cost accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and review production costs, labour, and material expenses.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights on cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain and update the cost accounting system to ensure accuracy in costing data.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements related to inventory and production costs.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing cost data and analysis.
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure proper cost allocation and efficiency.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes,



including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Conduct regular reviews of cost accounting procedures and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cost accounting or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of standard costing methods and inventory management is a plus.
