About The Role This role will oversee the graphics team and provide both people leadership and hands-on support. The team currently has two full-time designers, with a third joining shortly, and the manager will help them deliver on proposals, interviews, operational requests, and ad hoc projects across the business. The role also includes managing creative systems and organizing the team’s file structure and libraries in a more process-oriented way. Success in the role means balancing leadership and execution: supporting a growing team, keeping work moving in a fast-paced environment, helping prioritize incoming requests, and creating better collaboration and communication within the group.
