International manufacturing solutions company supporting customers across North America is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Solutions Manager based in Tijuana, B.C.

This is a senior technical and customer-facing position focused on supporting qualified manufacturing opportunities. This is not a prospecting or cold-sales position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review customer RFQs, engineering drawings, specifications, materials, tolerances, production volumes, quality requirements, and delivery expectations.
- Evaluate manufacturability, technical risks, costs, and supplier capabilities.
- Support the development and technical review of manufacturing quotations.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and final quotation reviews.
- Develop manufacturing and sourcing strategies based on project requirements.
- Identify and evaluate qualified suppliers in Mexico, the U.S., and international markets.
- Support supplier selection based on capability, quality, compliance, cost, capacity, and lead time.
- Help resolve technical, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, cost, and delivery concerns.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
- Support reliable supply chains for prototype, low- and mid-volume manufacturing programs.

Qualifications & Experience

- Approximately 10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, applications engineering, technical program management,



supplier development, or related fields.
- Strong experience reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, manufacturing requirements, and complex RFQs.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing sourcing, supplier capabilities, and quotation assessment.
- Practical experience in several of the following manufacturing processes:
- CNC machining, milling, and turning
- Precision metal and plastic components
- Injection molding and tooling
- Urethane casting
- 3D printing / additive manufacturing
- Prototype and bridge production
- Low- and mid-volume manufacturing
- Secondary operations, finishing, and assembly
- Experience or strong familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100D, aerospace manufacturing requirements, supplier quality and qualification, FAI, traceability, inspection requirements, nonconformance management, corrective actions, and supplier audits.
- Experience with ITAR-controlled manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
- Experience working with manufacturing suppliers in Mexico and the U.S.; experience with suppliers in Asia, particularly China, is highly desirable.
- Strong customer-facing, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred; equivalent extensive manufacturing experience may be considered.
- Advanced professional English required. Professional Spanish required.
