Call Center Services International is seeking an experienced trainer to lead our call center's debt collection team. You will be responsible for coaching staff, tracking performance metrics, ensuring everyone follows legal regulations like the FDCPA, and reporting results to upper management to help the team hit its financial targets.
Requirements
- Lead and coach a team of collection specialists in a busy call center environment.
- Ensure all collection practices strictly follow consumer protection laws like the FDCPA and CFPB guidelines.
- Track performance data to find areas for improvement and boost team productivity.
- Train staff on best practices and effective communication techniques.
- Analyze operations, fix gaps, and present reports to executive leadership.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Experience managing teams in a high-volume call center.
- Strong understanding of debt collection laws and compliance standards
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive results
- Great communication and teaching skills.
- Experience improving processes and reporting to executives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Competitive range of $5,000 to $6,000 weekly (tax-free).
- Bonuses: Performance-based monthly bonus of $350 USD and adherence bonus of $200 USD.
- Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with one weekday off and Sunday off.
- Benefits: Full legal benefits package effective from day one, including a savings fund.
