About the Role We are hiring a Head of Operations & AI Enablement to build and scale our Staffing and EOR operations into a high-performance, revenue-generating engine. This is not a support role. This is not a management-only role. This is a revenue-driving leadership role through operations.

What You'll Do: Operations Ownership - Own and scale Staffing and EOR operations end-to-end

- Lead recruitment, delivery, and client success
- Build high-performance, revenue-driven teams
- Ensure consistent delivery, client satisfaction, and growth Revenue Through Operations - Turn operations into revenue growth, retention, and expansion
- Improve time to quote, close, and revenue activation Workflows, Systems & Execution - Design and optimize operational workflows
- Improve speed, efficiency, and consistency
- Eliminate bottlenecks and manual inefficiencies Automation & Digital Execution - Implement automation across operations and quoting
- Increase output and accuracy
- Reduce manual work Deal Coordination & Execution - Align sales, quoting, and operations
- Improve deal quality, close rates,



and revenue activation Must-Have Experience - Deep experience in Staffing AND EOR operations
- Proven experience owning operations end-to-end
- Strong track record of driving revenue through operations
- Experience improving efficiency and scaling teams
- Experience managing recruitment, delivery, and client accounts
