About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will guide prospective clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives. By understanding their unique needs and recommending the right legal services, you'll build trust while delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving outstanding sales results.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
Understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate legal services.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate client information and documentation.

Qualifications Required:

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Proven sales experience with a strong closing ability

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Customer-focused mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer proficiency
