Plan, develop, implement, establish and constantly monitor control mechanisms for the company's processes, aligned with the applicable regulations and standards for each process
- Plans and develops personnel management for the start-up and follow-up of processes.
- Plans, develops, implements, and establishes control mechanisms for processes.
- Reviews personnel in accordance with company standards (health, appearance, and risk reduction).
- Conducts process audits throughout the shift.
- Implements countermeasures when NG (nonconforming) actions are detected or NG material/nonconforming product is generated.
- Follows up on preventive and corrective actions related to process deviations.
- Trains personnel using the 3-step teaching method.
- Conducts 5S and EHS walks.
- Supervises the efficiency of operational processes.
- Researches methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
- Monitors and reports department performance to the immediate supervisor.
- Supervises and trains employees.
- Updates the skills matrix for assigned personnel through ILUO.
- Develops training plans for assigned personnel.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and regulations related to the assigned process.
- Manages and controls vehicle service processes related to the assigned area, in accordance with customer requirements.
- Leads the follow-up of preventive and corrective actions related to the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Follows up on quality, safety, time, and environmental requirements regarding material, process, and service conditions with the customer.
- Promotes continuous improvement for the IMS (Quality, Safety, and Environment) among personnel.
- Leads compliance with the assigned IMS (Quality, Safety, and Environment) objectives.
Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing, automotive, and/or logistics industry, with experience managing personnel.
Knowledge: Quality control, internal audits, Kaizen (application of continuous improvement processes), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across different areas, compliance with operational policies and progress of planned activities, development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workstations, and continuous improvement. Application of maintenance and corrective action plans, Way of Working (WoW), computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Language: Intermediate English (able to hold a conversation).
