As our Accountant you will be supporting JBTM Mexico which has a primary operational focus on Accounts Payable and supports the day-to-day Finance operation.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Review, validate and support the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, accounting treatment and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and review Concur expense reports, including validation of receipts, business purpose, expense coding, approval flow and policy compliance.
- Support employee reimbursement processes and follow up on pending, rejected or incomplete expense reports.
- Support AP payment cycles, including invoice readiness, vendor follow-up, payment documentation and coordination with Treasury as needed.
- Review and follow up on vendor statements, open items, discrepancies and aging balances.
- Prepare and support monthly accruals,



prepaid expenses and AP-related month-end close activities.
- Reconcile AP-related accounts and investigate financial discrepancies.
- Support intercompany reconciliations and follow up on open balances.
- Maintain proper audit trail and documentation for internal control, audit and local tax compliance purposes.
- Resolve queries from internal stakeholders, vendors, Finance, Procurement, Operations and other business areas.
