Partner Onboarding Specialist An AI-powered accounting platform for US accounting firms is looking for:

The Role

This role is entirely about people — but it requires real accounting fluency to back it up. You guide our partner firms through onboarding and are their calm, trusted point of contact as they get started. You'll need solid bookkeeping knowledge to understand what partners are actually doing in their books, not just walk them through steps. Our Head of Partner Success owns the relationships and the playbook; you make every partner's experience smooth.

What You'll Do

- Lead onboarding and training sessions in Spanish and English.
- Be the first friendly point of contact when a partner needs help.
- Walk firms through migrating and setting up their clients in QuickBooks.
- Keep each partner's progress on track and visible.
- Turn common questions into simple guides.

What We're Looking For

- Required: Hands-on QuickBooks Online or Desktop experience (reconciliations, chart of accounts, AP/AR) — this is non-negotiable, not a nice-to-have.
- Required:



Solid professional bookkeeping/accounting background — comfortable with the fundamentals (reconciliations, chart of accounts, month-end basics). No CPA required, but real hands-on experience is essential.
- Required: Prior experience onboarding, training, or supporting clients directly — this is a client-facing role, not back-office bookkeeping.
- Exceptional people skills. Warm, patient, a genuine listener, and someone partners trust right away. This matters most.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Takes ownership and follows through without being chased.
- Genuinely excited to help small businesses succeed.

How We Work Small, flat team. You work closely with our Head of Partner Success and directly with the CEO. Fully remote, with a team off-site in Mexico City this August.

- 100% remote (home office)

- Payment method: Invoice-based (professional fees / independent contractor)
