AI/ JAVA Engineer

Location: Mexico - fully remote

Compensation: $ 60,000 - $87,000 gross pesos monthly

Duration: Full-time engagement for 8months

AI & Development Environment

Team heavily leverages AI to accelerate software development.

Tools currently in use

- GitHub
- Copilot
- Claude
- Gemini Claude was recently rolled out across the organization.
- Looking for AI-centric developers who are comfortable:
- Using Claude connected to GitHub.
- Leveraging AI for code generation, troubleshooting, and acceleration.
- Understanding how AI is changing software development practices.

Principal-level or highly senior engineers preferred. Strong coding and troubleshooting abilities.

Comfortable working independently in complex environments.

Demonstrated AI-assisted development experience is highly valued.

Required Technical Skills:

- Primary language: Java
- Secondary language: Python
- Strong data-focused development background: SQL BigQuery API development
- RDBMS Stored procedures
- Data manipulation and transformation
- Experience with: Git Production deployments Application security remediation
