The AI Scrum Master will enable one or more cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled software products and intelligent agents that transform PMO business processes. The role combines strong Scrum and Agile delivery leadership with practical understanding of the AI software-development lifecycle, including discovery, experimentation, data and platform dependencies, evaluation, governance, release, and operational readiness.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

Minimum 5 years working on software development or digital product teams, including at least 2-3 years supporting products with AI, machine-learning, generative-AI, or intelligent automation capabilities.

Scrum leadership

Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead for cross-functional software teams, including facilitation, coaching, impediment removal, release planning, and dependency management.

PMO environment

Experience working within or directly supporting a PMO, enterprise transformation office, project portfolio team, or comparable governance and delivery organization.

AI delivery history

Practical understanding of AI product delivery from discovery and data readiness through experimentation, evaluation, release, adoption, and support.



Candidates should be able to describe AI-enabled products delivered and their role on the development team.

Agile certification

Current Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or higher), SAFe Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent recognized Agile certification.

AI certification A current foundational or practitioner-level AI credential from Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, IBM, NVIDIA, or an equivalent recognized provider.

Tooling

Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence or comparable Agile lifecycle and knowledge-management tools.

Delivery controls

Ability to manage roadmaps, sprint/release plans, RAID items, decisions, dependencies, capacity, and measurable outcomes across several workstreams.

Communication

- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills, including the ability to make complex delivery issues concise, neutral, and actionable. Very good English Skills.
