As part of QuickSTAT , Kuehne+Nagel’s specialized time-critical logistics business, you will support clients throughout the consignment process, coordinating and monitoring international shipments while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and pricing structures. QuickSTAT works in a highly specialized environment focused on time-critical logistics for healthcare and pharmaceutical customers.

How you create impact

- Coordinate client consignments and bookings , managing routing, service classification, deadlines, and the greenlight approval process.

- Monitor live and pending shipments , providing timely status updates and following up on operational milestones, flight and customs delays, proof of delivery, additional charges, and resolutions.

- Manage control tower activities and alerts , including daily status reports, the shared customer service mailbox, and special alarms through Quick Track.

- Coordinate temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies according to shipment requirements.

- Support client enquiries and quotations , working closely with Pricing, Customer Relationship Management,



and Sales teams to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and network/vendor partners , ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, agreed rates, and pricing structures.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and management , communicating information, coordinating actions, and seeking support when required.

What we would like you to bring

- 1 year of experience in courier, freight forwarding, logistics, or international operations.

- Knowledge of international logistics, import/export, and different time zones.

- Advanced English level required.

- Exposure to time-critical logistics or specialized courier operations is a plus.

- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical trial logistics is a plus.

- Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and act with urgency.
